– About me
Hi! I am Nacelle Saya, CMA
I started enabling global student exchange programs in AIESEC.org and I worked my way up to Corporate America managing $20M-$1B global talent programs of Fortune 100 companies based in Silicon Valley with offices in APAC, AMER, and EMEA regions.
I have successfully managed the relocation of over 1000+ employees across 120+ countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. I managed domestic and international permanent relocations, as well as short-term and long-term international assignments, business travelers, and remote workers.
I have proven track record of successful project management for 10+ corporate clients with strong technical knowledge of expatriate taxation, non-immigrant applications, and immigrant applications in United States and internationally.
This includes successfully filing my own US individual tax return, non-immigrant application, and immigrant application.
Experiencing the process firsthand made the journey all the more rewarding and insightful.
What sets me apart? I am a tech-savvy U.S. Certified Management Accountant and I love problem-solving. My accounting and law background gave me transferable skills in finance, tax, legal, and data analytics which are great skills in succeeding in handling global mobility programs under complex regulatory environment. Moreover, with my US permanent residency secured, I carry forward firsthand experience of successful immigration know-hows which deepens my empathy and strengthens my ability to support others through similar challenges.
I love what I do and the impact it makes to the lives of other global talents.
